Red, White and Blue Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup old fashioned oatmeal
- 2 Tablespoons vanilla whey protein powder preferably grass-fed
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or milk of choice
- 1/3 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 packet stevia or preferred sweetener if desired
- 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- In the evening, combine all ingredients except fruit in a container or Mason jar, stir, cover and refrigerate.
- In the morning, layer oat/yogurt mixture, strawberries and blueberries to create a parfait.
