With fall quickly approaching, the reality of back to school (and work) schedules sets in for all of us. People often think because I’m an RD that I’m a superstar in the kitchen and always have home cooked meals. Keeping it real, dietitians are normal people with hectic lives just like everyone else. To help make your school/work transition easier, I’m sharing my ideas for deliciously easy back to school fall yogurt treats.

Did you know? Eating one yogurt every day is an important first step toward creating a more balanced diet and a healthier lifestyle. Yogurt can be part of a healthy eating pattern as a smart snack, convenient part of breakfast, delicious cooking ingredient, or a great choice for dessert.
