How to make Frosé the easy way:
My sugar free Strawberry Frosé has 3-4 ingredients, takes less than 5 minutes and can be made in a single serving or for a crowd.
Start with 1/2 cup or 4 ounces of rosé wine, 3/4 cup frozen fruit and a 1/2-1 teaspoon of lemon zest. Depending on the sweetness of the wine and the fruit, you may need additional non-caloric sweetener such as a teaspoon of stevia, allulose, monk fruit or erythritol.
This slow sipping healthy frosé recipe has 140 calories and no added sugar which is a fraction of typical cocktails, and for those of you following a low carb lifestyle, this fits in nicely.

There are so many ways to switch up this cocktail! Check out these tips and have fun blending!
– To make it boozier, add a tablespoon of lemon or orange rum or vodka
– Switch it up and blend in frozen peaches, blueberries, mango, blackberries, raspberries or pineapple.
– Choose a Rosé wine to suit your preferences. Some are dry and some are much sweeter. This will influence the flavor profile and affect how much sweetener you might need to add.
– Frozen fruit will vary in sweetness as well. Strawberries tend to have a tartness whereas mango is generally sweeter. Blend first and take a taste before adding in your sweetener of choice.
– Wow guests with a pretty garnish. Place some berries on a swizzle stick or place a thin slice of lemon or lime on the side of your glass.
– To scale up, you can blend 3/4 cup frozen fruit per 4 ounces of wine so a 24 ounce bottle would require 4 1/2 cups fruit.
