July 4th is almost upon us and what better way to celebrate our nation’s birthday than with red, white, and blue recipes? These patriotic creations were generously contributed by my fellow Fitfluential Ambassadors. Most are low in calories and added sugars, and all are “naturally” colorful without added food dyes. Let us know if you prepare any of these delightful breakfasts, snacks, beverages and desserts for your holiday celebrations.
